Right Equipment for the Actual Removal
A safe removal is not defined by one machine or one lifting method. Some equipment can be lifted whole; other plant must be disconnected and dismantled before its sections can be moved.
The selected method may use crane lorries, mobile cranes, forklifts, lifting gantries, chain blocks, hydraulic jacks, machine skates or controlled sectioning. Equipment is selected and planned around verified or conservatively assessed loads, access, reach, floor conditions and the surrounding site.
